We know that getting your device up and running is business critical so we utilise systems that have been designed to maximise fleet uptime for all our customers, and deliver the most expedient onsite call response. This empowers us to be proactive in our management of spare parts, consumables and engineer response times, regardless of whether you are an SME with once office or corporate with multiple sites.
Advanced Engineer Response
GPS technology is used to pinpoint our engineers so we know exactly where they are. This reduces response times by integrating intelligence into our back office systems. When we get a service call, we match the closest engineer to your site who has the skills and parts to resolve the diagnosed job, and optimise their route in traffic. When the job is complete, the engineer updates his PDA giving you real-time service call detail, and our stock management information updates immediately. Each engineer carries with them a stock of high-mortality parts to maintain an average first time fix rate of three hours.
Installation and training
We take full responsibility for the installation and configuration of products to meet individual requirements. Our dedicated installation team utilise site surveys and connectivity reports completed prior to delivery to ensure that the transition to your new equipment is trouble free.
Once installed, green-button training is also completed. Additionally, we welcome and encourage users to undertake training at “The Space”, the newly developed platform showcasing our full range of print, copy and scan devices.
